The sales & marketing of resort real estate is a specialized skill set for which the traditional real estate broker/agent is unaccustomed to. CDC is experienced in planning, developing and marketing of cross-border resort and recreational properties.

CDC has created, staffed and managed luxury real estate sales organizations such as Prudential International Resorts established in 1995, which included the concurrent marketing of twelve separate resort/residential projects ranging in price from $175,000 to $3,000,000.

At the Punta Mita master-planned resort community, CDC established Punta Mita Properties as the exclusive marketing and sales company for the renown Punta Mita resort community.  At project launch, CDC achieved record-breaking $34,000,000 in estate lot sales in less than 18 months, including the sale of a single USD $13,000,000 estate lot; both set new records in the Bahia de Banderas area.

Most recently, at CDC’s Punta Sayulita resort community located in Sayulita, at project launch Phase 1 sales eclipsed $10m in pre-construction sales; a high achievement in a slow-recovering real estate environment.
